October, 2010 - the establishment of the Industrial Committee of Outdoor Advertising (ICOA).

May 2011 - successfully conducted the tender for selection of contractors to provide services for monitoring and research of the audience for outdoor advertising in Ukraine. The winners of the tender: Communication Alliance (monitoring) and Doors Consulting (measurement).

October 5, 2011 - the first ICOA conference for representatives of OOH companies, advertising agencies, advertisers and leading media. Subject: report for the first year of ICOA operation and the presentation of plans for 2012.

July, 2013 - the introduction of new methods of audience analysis on scrolling billboards: the achievement of ICOA in the frame of measurement quality improving.
