Mission: To promote the development of outdoor advertising market in Ukraine by creating a balanced system of monitoring and research audiences of outdoor advertising , standardization of processes of interaction of market participants and enhance the prestige of outdoor advertising in the professional community.

GOALS:

  1. Protecting the interests of common IKOA directly related to the mission of the Committee.
  2. Creating a balanced system of monitoring and research audiences of outdoor advertising, the result of which will be an opportunity to go on sale "for ratings ."
  3. Standardization of interaction between participants of outdoor advertising:
    • standardization of pricing;
    • standardization of service outdoor advertising media;
    • standardization of customer service;
    • standardization park outdoor advertising structures in Ukraine .
  4. Implementation of measures to raise the awareness of the public advertising of monitoring and research audiences of outdoor advertising in Ukraine .
  5. Introduction of innovative approaches in monitoring and research audiences of outdoor advertising and establishing interaction of market participants.
